The price comes down to four things: how much preparation is involved (every booking includes a case survey in advance, and for complex topics like PeBeM the analysis takes more work), group size, the length of the format (half day, full day or a series) and travel. Follow-ups are always included with us – we do not sell days that lead nowhere. We give you concrete figures after a free initial consultation, in which we work out which format actually fits.

Very probably yes. The services on this page are formats we have run many times – not a complete list of what we can do. We come from nursing and the health system ourselves, so we adapt what already exists to your situation or develop something new together with you. Describe your problem and we will tell you honestly whether we can help.

That is exactly what the PeBeM implementation day is for: beforehand we ask about your data, your open questions and where the tensions are; on the day itself you build an implementation roadmap with sequence, roles and tasks – plus a communication pack for the team, management and the works council and staff representatives. If implementation needs support over a longer period, or negotiations are coming up, there is ongoing PeBeM support.

Not without rules – and that is exactly the point. In practice, many employees already use AI tools privately and without any ground rules. On the AI trial day we test use cases from your own everyday work, weigh up impact and risk, and write a mini-guideline “Using it safely” that also covers data protection and professional confidentiality. That takes AI out of the grey area and puts it on rules everyone can follow.

We are nurses and nursing scientists ourselves – not outsiders with slide decks. Every format ends with something you can use next Monday: a roadmap, a team agreement, workflows that work. And every package includes follow-ups after 1–2 and after 4–6 weeks, so implementation does not fizzle out.
