Participatory e-learning: knowledge from nurses, for nurses
Just two large publishers dominate the market for nursing knowledge. Their content is often generic and far from the reality of the ward. We believe it can be done better – open, up to date and shaped by the people doing the work.
OER & OEP: openness as a principle
Open Educational Resources (OER)
Open learning materials are always current and fit the actual need exactly – instead of waiting for a textbook's print cycle. They may be shared, changed and developed further.
Open Educational Practices (OEP)
Nurses stop being consumers of knowledge and start producing it. That is a huge boost to their professional identity – and the content gets better, because it comes straight from practice.
Together with eDoer
For the technical side we work with the open learning platform eDoer – technology that inspires people instead of frustrating them.
