Lars Arendt comes from paediatric nursing, leads the projects and assesses what you need in a workshop on site. Matthias Windeisen is an expert in psychiatric care and keeps an eye on data protection and employment law.

Lea Birmele is a state-registered curative education nurse, has led a team since 2019 and sees care above all as a relationship offered as equals.
